What's the catch?
There isn't one. Tracker is built by East Agile, a software engineering firm, and it is the tool we plan our own work in. There is no premium edition, and no feature described on this site sits behind a payment.
Do I need a credit card?
No. Sign up and start a project; there is no payment step.
Do agents cost extra?
No. An agent is a project member like any other, so adding one is free. The AI model or coding agent behind it is yours, and its provider bills you for it, not us.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. A project manager can export a whole project to our own CSV format, which re-imports with full fidelity, to formats other trackers read, or to a PDF or Word report. Attachments download as a zip.
